IGSPPSHWES (Internal Committee for Gender Sensitization, Prevention and Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees & Students)

The Institute vide Office Order No. CIME/1462/2025 dated 09.12.2025 has constituted an Internal Committee for Gender Sensitisation, Prevention and Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees & Students with the following members for the purpose of mitigating the grievances related to Gender Sensitisation, Prevention and Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees & Students.

The members of the Committee are:

  1. Dr. Rajalaxmi Mishra, HoD (MCA) - Chairperson
  2. Mr. Debidatta Acharya, Faculty (MBA) - Member
  3. Mrs. Sabitarani Behera, Faculty (MCA) - Member
  4. Mrs. Nibedita Narula, JSS, Khurda - Member
  5. Mr. J. K. Mohapatra, Accounts Officer - Member
  6. Mr. S. R. Mohapatra, Jr. Librarian - Member
  7. Ms. Neha Kumari, MBA Student - Member
  8. Ms. Lipika Patra, MCA Student - Member
  9. Ms. Chinmayee Mishra, MCA Student - Member

This is in conformity with the directions of AICTE, and the tenure of the Committee shall be for a period of three years. However, the student representative(s) shall be changed from year to year.
